Settings → Social Feeds → RSS → + Connect, paste the feed URL, Save Changes. Any RSS or Atom feed works: a blog, Medium, a podcast, a news site.

What is imported
Title, description, date, link and author of each item. The image is the item’s enclosure image, or the first image at the start of the description. Items without either show the Placeholder Image.
RSS accounts refresh every hour. WordPress caches feeds for 12 hours itself, so a new post can take up to 12 hours to appear.
