Until May 2025 Visual Portfolio Pro was sold through Paddle, with accounts on nkdev.info. If your purchase email came from nkdev.info, this page applies to you. Everything else in the documentation is the same.
Download
- Sign in at https://nkdev.info/account/ with the login from your purchase email.
- Open Downloads and download the plugin ZIP.
License key
In your account, open Licenses and copy the key. Activate it on Visual Portfolio → Settings → Updates as described on License and updates.
Renew
The expiry reminder email links to a pre-filled nkdev.info checkout. Without the email, sign in at https://nkdev.info/account/, find the order and click Renew Now.
Manage sites
In your account, open License Keys → Manage Sites to add or remove site URLs for the key. This is where to fix “Download Failed: Unauthorized” when a license was activated on a temporary URL.
Multisite
Activate the license on the main site of the network only.
