Symptom
Editors or Portfolio Managers open Projects or Saved Layouts and see Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Cause
The capabilities were not synced after an update or after a change to the role. The plugin adds them when it is activated.
Saved Layouts are a separate case: Editors cannot edit them by design.
Fix
- Deactivate the plugin and activate it again. It re-adds the capabilities to the roles.
- To give someone access to Saved Layouts, use the Portfolio Manager role. See Roles and capabilities.
