“Premium Only” notes on options I paid for

Symptom

Pro settings are marked Premium Only although Pro is installed.

Cause

• Visual Portfolio Pro is installed but not activated.
• A free copy older than 3.8.1 is the active one instead of Pro.
• The page is served by a site of a multisite network where Pro is not activated.

Fix

1. Open Plugins and activate Visual Portfolio Pro.
2. Update the free plugin to 3.8.1 or newer, or delete it. Pro carries the free code, so it runs on its own.
3. On multisite, check that Pro is activated for the site that serves the page, not only for another one in the network.
