Pro’s Deep Linking, on by default in Settings → Popup & Lightbox, gives every slide an address such as https://site.com/gallery/#&gid=abc123&pid=3. Open the slide and copy the address from the browser.
Picture IDs can be the position, file name, title or alt, or a custom ID set per image.
