When no term qualifies, the filter is not printed at all. Which terms qualify depends on the content source.
- Media – no image has categories yet (Media Settings → Categories).
- Posts – no term of a category-like taxonomy has published posts.
- Social – imported items have no categories.
- Taxonomies – the filter is not supported.
