Social Items and Profiles

Both screens appear in the Visual Portfolio menu once a social account is connected or an item exists.

Social Items

Visual Portfolio → Social Items. One entry per imported post, with a preview, the title, the format (Image or Video), the network, the account and the date. Filter the list by network or account with the Select a platform dropdown.

What you can do:

• Edit an item: title, content, featured image, the Format (Image, Video), the Original Post URL, and for videos the Video URL (fix a broken link here). The Original ID is read-only. Changes are kept; the sync never overwrites an existing item.
• Add New: a hand-made item that behaves like an imported one. Give it a title, an image and pick the network and account terms.
• Trash: hides the item and excludes it from future syncs. Restore includes it again. Delete Permanently lets the next sync recreate it unless it is still excluded.
• Bulk actions: Exclude from Sync, Include in Sync (besides the usual trash and restore).
• Sync All Accounts button, with the Recreate deleted items checkbox. The button shows “Syncing…”, then “Processing queue…” while items are created, then reloads the list. “Sync already in progress” means another sync holds the lock; wait five minutes and retry.

Social Profiles

Visual Portfolio → Social Profiles. One entry per connected account: Avatar URL, Profile URL, Username, Bio. Instagram fills them from the API; other networks fill what they provide. Edit them to correct the author line shown under gallery items. Deleting a profile deletes its cached avatar.
