What Visual Portfolio and Visual Portfolio Pro need in order to run.
On PHP older than 8.3, WordPress does not offer the 3.9.0 update. The site keeps the version it runs, and the Plugins screen says the update needs a newer PHP version. Ask your host to switch the site to PHP 8.3 or newer, then update.

Browsers
Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Lazy loading has a fallback for browsers without CSS :has().
